We regret that you have found it necessary to return or exchange your new purchase. If there is anything we can do to help you, please call our toll free line at 1-866-317-2975. RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY 1. All purchases must be returned for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. 2. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and if your original order was 2 or more pairs and you received free shipping, you will be charged the actual shipping fee if you return any or all items that reduce your original order to less than 2 pairs. 3. Altered or worn items may not be returned. Please wear test your items on a carpeted surface. All returns must include the original undamaged shoebox. Please do not type or write anything on the shoe box. There will be a $3.50 restocking charge for returns that are not in the original box, or for a damaged box. 4. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for refunds and exchanges to be processed. Refunds will be made in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow one full credit card billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement. 5. For exchanges, please include a check or money order for $7.95 to cover the cost of shipping out the new pair. If you wish you may include your credit card information with permission to recharge your credit card to cover the return shipping costs to you. 6.
