RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

1. All purchases must be returned for a refund within 45 days of the original purchase date ( exceptions are made around the holidays ). All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Exchanges: Please ship your item to the address located at the bottom of this page, and in turn we will ship your exchange to you at no additional cost ( applies to lower 48 US states and Alaska only )

3. Altered or worn items may not be returned. Please test wear your items on a carpeted surface; altered or worn items may not be exchanged. All returns must include the original undamaged shoebox. Please do not type or write anything on the shoe box. There will be a $3.50 restocking charge for returns that are not in the original box, or for a damaged box.

4. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for refunds and exchanges to be processed. Refunds will be made in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow one full credit card billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please note: if your original order received free shipping and your return reduces the order to less than $75, an $8.95 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
